Peanut Butter Cookies

Three ingredient peanut butter cookies are as delicious as they are easy.  The kids will LOVE these too!

  –  1 c. sugar
  –  1 egg
  –  1 c. peanut butter (creamy or crunchy)
Mix the egg and sugar well, add the peanut butter and mix all ingredients well.  Drop onto a greased cookie sheet and bake at 350° until golden brown.  Makes 1 dozen cookies.
