Spicy Corn Dip
Spicy corn dip is delicious, easy and has just enough heat to keep you warm.
– 2 cans mexicorn – drained
– 1 small can chopped green chiles
– 1 c. sour cream
– 1 c. mayonnaise
– 1/2 c. chopped jalapenos
– Small bunch of green onions-chopped
– 3 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Mix all ingredients and refrigerate overnight. Serve with corn chips or tortilla chips.
