Maintenance Position
We are accepting applications for our maintenance department for part time or full time work at our main location in Pleasantview, KS. This is a fun fast paced environment. Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Maintenance Position to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation and upkeep of our facilities and manufacturing equipment. Your expertise will help maintain a safe, efficient, and well-functioning environment by performing routine inspections, troubleshooting issues, and executing repairs across various systems. Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections of machinery, electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC units, and structural components to identify potential issues early.
- Perform troubleshooting and repairs using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters.
- Execute welding tasks and other mechanical repairs to maintain equipment integrity.
- Maintain electrical systems by replacing wiring, fixtures, switches, and circuit breakers following safety protocols.
- Lead team members during shift operations, ensuring safety compliance and efficient task completion.
- Adhere to safety standards and procedures while performing all maintenance activities to promote a secure work environment.
Experience
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or manufacturing environments with a focus on mechanical and electrical systems.
- Demonstrated ability to read schematics, technical diagrams, and blueprints effectively.
- Hands-on experience with wiring, welding, and electrical troubleshooting.
- Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by experience with schematics and diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters.
