Greek Pasta Salad
Greek pasta salad has a tangy and fresh taste. Perfect for picnics or potlucks or just because!
Ingredients
– 1 16 oz. bag pasta (mostaccolli, raditatore, macaroni, etc.) cooked, drained and cooled
– 1 can black olives, drained
– 1 small jar green olives, drained
– 5-6 medium tomatoes, diced
– 6 green onions – chopped (both white and green parts)
– 3-4 diced cucumbers
– 1 16 oz. bottle Greek or Italian salad dressing
– 1 small package feta cheese, crumbled
Instructions
Mix ingredients and allow to marinate overnight in the refrigerator before serving. You can also add red or green peppers to the mix. Diced pepperoni is also good mixed in if you want a heartier salad.
