We want to thank all of you for an amazing spring! Our Spring Fever Sale was so successful that we had to work extra fast to stock our Garden Centers with our summer plant program.

What is our summer plant program? They are plants we have raised to love summer. Kansas summer in particular, and we all know what that is! We proudly display them in the heat and wind of our Stuzmans Garden Centers to show off how they love this weather.

The pictures below are some of our summer trials we are running this year. These plants will spend the whole summer in the full sun, wind and any thing else that summer can throw at them. If they perform to our high expectations they will be available at all our Garden Centers next year. That is the quality we demand and you expect when shopping with Stutzmans!

This is damage caused by herbicide. Specifically brood leaf weed controls. Tomatoes and potatoes are very sensitive to this. They do not even have to be sprayed directly. It can happen with herbicide drift. Be very careful applying these weed killers when it is warm or breezy. If the damage is minor it should grow out of it. In more severe cases some pruning help.
