Have you seen this with your tomatoes?

This is damage caused by herbicide. Specifically brood leaf weed controls. Tomatoes and potatoes are very sensitive to this. They do not even have to be sprayed directly. It can happen with herbicide drift. Be very careful applying these weed killers when it is warm or breezy. If the damage is minor it should grow out of it. In more severe cases some pruning help.
